Sanitation & WASH
Beyond water supply, MeRuWASCO is actively involved in sanitation and hygiene promotion across our service communities. We work with households, schools, and public institutions to:
- Promote safe sanitation practices and open defecation-free (ODF) communities
- Support community-led total sanitation (CLTS) initiatives
- Facilitate access to information on household sanitation improvement
- Partner with the County Government and national agencies on WASH programmes
How to Get a New Connection
- Visit our nearest office with your title deed or land ownership documents.
- Complete the new connection application form.
- Pay the connection fee as quoted by our technical team.
- Our technical officers will conduct a site survey and schedule installation.
- Meter installation will be done upon clearance of all connection fees within 14 working days.
